Employment tribunal intervention – Peggie

We asked for permission to intervene in the employment tribunal of Sandie Peggie v NHS Fife and Dr Beth Upton. The Tribunal has now confirmed that neither the claimant nor the respondent has any objection and “it is in accordance with Rule 36 to allow the letter to be received and taken as a submission for your interest”.
