We understand the Scottish Ministers plan to publish their Answers and Note of Argument on the Scottish Government website on the week commencing 19 January 2026.

Written submissions from two interveners, the Scottish Human Rights Commission and the Equality and Human Rights Commission, were lodged with the court on 16 January 2026.
